Of all the vampires, the Cachot are best described as being one with their true nature. It is not unheard of for a Cachot to prefer the comfort of the wilderness and avoid the constraints of civilization as we all know it. It is a wonder how the Cachot avoid the large force of Werewolves occupying the wild; perhaps it has something to do with the fact that the Cachot are themselves shape shifters. When a mortal speaks of a vampire changing into a wolf or a bat, they are undoubtedly speaking of a Cachot. Like the Truand, Cachot are fierce, dedicated warriors, unlike the Truand, The Cachot ferocity does not stem from anarchic rage, but from the natural instinct a wild animal has within. Cachot have a keen sense understanding for the Beast in their souls, and prefer to spend their nights amongst the very animals in which they emulate.
